Issue 08 | December 2016
Welcome to the December issue. We are concluding this year with grace and celebrating the spirit of 2017. This month we are exploring the intentions of resolutions, the reasons we procrastinate, and revisiting holidays of yester-year. Grab this issue and read about various elements for a healthier life and making choices to support a growing love of self. We hope you enjoy making the recipes our writer’s shared with us. Our December cover is graced by Kate Clarke, Holistic Health Coach.
Elements For A Healthier Life Magazine was published as a digital magazine from May 2016 to the May/June 2018 issue. The program used to display the publication on the internet was used to design the layout. In converting the digital editions to .pdf format, some of the layout elements were altered and misaligned.

Quotables From This Issue
“Lucy’s journey has been one of the most amazing experiences for me, it taught me about the strength of the human spirit, it inspired me to overcome my own obstacles, and it is the reason why I do the work that I do. “
-Rachel Kieffer

-Ruthie Lewis
“My truth may not be the same as your truth, but my truth includes behaving in a way that does no harm to anyone in thought, word or deed.”
-Barb Parcells
“Time for the truth. Your epiphany is strong and your divine idea is grand. Then the ding of social media chimes and your ego says aha – time to knock her off course.”
-Natasha Botkin
