Making a Difference

Each month, the individual highlighted as the feature cover article of Elements for a Healthier Life Magazine deeply affected the lives of those they touched. They are health, life and business coaches, and people who have journeyed through adversity. The intention is to share pearls of wisdom as a guide so you, too, can experience balance in your workplace, relationships, body movement, spirituality, and in the kitchen. We may not realize it, but each of us has made a difference in the lives of those around us in a profound way.
