“The difference is that I don’t have YOUR answers; you do.”
-Katt Tozier

“I’ve often said I spent my teens rebelling, my twenties repressing, my thirties imploding, and my forties healing. I know that means my fifties (and beyond) are for sharing.” - Katt Tozier

Our personal stories are written by our experiences. The good times. The bad times. The moments of celebration. The turmoil of painful situations. All of this impacts who we are. It's what we do with the wisdom gained along the journey that influences the direction(s) we traverse.

There comes a point in our lives when we realize there was a purpose for the events that took place. The jobs we loved, and the ones we hated. The relationships that shattered our hearts into a million pieces, and the love that blossomed into something unimaginable. We embrace the glorious times and curse the hell we have endured.

Katt Tozier is one of those women who has walked through fire, grabbed life by the horns, and said, “enough.” She is a rebellious woman who, four years ago, consciously decided to create a nourishing life for herself. She has transformed her history into the driving force of her mission, and is using her intuition as her only compass.

Katt, the founder of “Indomitable Women” and a new signature mentoring process titled “Unlock Your Divine Feminine Power”, says, “I do what I do because I've been traumatized in my life. There are so many traumatized women out there, and I want them to know that there is hope, they can heal, and the power is within them. If I can do this with all the screw ups I've made, and all the things that have happened in my life; they too can heal.”

“What I am doing now has everything to do with going from a place, almost four years ago, of complete train wreck and destruction in my life. I have reached a point in my life, where every part of what is happening in my life, from what I do for my personal enjoyment, my health and wellness, my primary relationships, my family relationships, where I live, and the work that I'm doing is filtered through a framework of what nourishes and supports me best, and what gives me joy. A great deal of what I'm doing begins with envisioning what I want my days and weeks and months and seasons to look like.”

“Indomitable Women” has been evolving since June 2014. For Katt, 2016 has been a year of exponential growth. Katt shared, “My personal job in this is that I provide the gathering place and connect the group of women, who are all working in different capacities, to help other women with their healings.”

“Indomitable Women” has become a powerful movement. It is a community of Divine Feminine Healers. The overall concepts are about creating a new paradigm of women's wellness. Katt blogs about this and her personal journey of transformation.

In July of this year, she started the Indomitable Women podcast series. She speaks with spirited women who are dedicated to helping others heal, live through adversity, and thrive. The intention is to encourage listeners to believe they can overcome challenges, heal, develop skills of manifesting, and live invincible lives.

Katt hosted the first Indomitable Women's Wellness Summit in October. It was a successful event with nineteen women that shared their heart-centered stories on various topics of empowerment. Katt is already working on future summits for April and October of 2017.

Expanding her mission, Katt is wrapping up the final details and lining up co-hosts for her internet radio show on BlogTalk. The topic of discussion will focus on Divine Feminine Power and how to embrace it. She intends to air her first show the end of November or early December.

A week ago Katt unveiled Unlock Your Divine Feminine Power. This is not a stereotypical self- help program. Katt's role with Unlock Your Divine Feminine Power is not as a coach, but as a guide. Katt explains, “The difference is that I don't have YOUR answers; you do. And the thing I do is keep guiding you back to yourself over and over for however long it takes for you to find your answers. Coaching is perceived as 'let me assess you, teach you techniques and methods, give you a strategy or method, and send you to execute it.' That's not at all what this is about. It's not about formulas. It's about your personal journey and the alchemy of all of the pieces that come together for you. I keep bringing you back to the sticking point. That's where you discover your answers. To me coaching is presuming I have a set of steps that I can give you, and those steps will make it all work out.”

Katt continues, “There are all of these aspects of ourselves to explore. When we explore all of them, and really get a solid understanding of who we are, and who we are here to be, then we can create whatever the hell we wanna create.”

“There are processes that you can work through to identify your own personal formula. It's the alchemy of your life experiences, your talents and skills, your nature, your particular spiritual modalities and connections. It's many things blended together,” Katt said.

In Katt's discovery of this unique system, using similar techniques she used to heal herself, she faced the realization that there is not one formula or any shortcuts. What works for one person may not for another based on life experiences and situations. This is about learning to trust versus following a set of predetermined rules that do not necessarily apply.

“What is a shortcut?” asked Katt. “If you're out driving and you're heading to whatever destination and you take a shortcut, what you have done is you have cut out a whole chunk of the path to get from where you're at to where you're going. And it may just be that the important things you needed, the lessons you needed were in that chunk that you by-passed by taking the shortcut. Shortcuts leave out a lot of the journey, and I believe – life is a journey. It's not arriving, which is what our culture perpetuates. You know, put together ABC formula and arrive. It's a journey, a steady journey. When we give something a quick fix, whether it's something that's broken in our possession and we just want it to get by for a little bit so we can go buy another one and replace it, you are doing something temporary. You are doing something as quick as you can in the easiest possible fashion to get it to hold for a while, not permanently. And if what you are looking to do in your life is (if you're looking to create transformation in your life) a real new beginning, then you are looking for something sustainable. Quick fixes are temporary. Shortcuts are missing a lot of journey and that may be where the answers are.”

An important part of the process is to dial down to find the issue that is actually holding you in a state of resistance from moving forward. It also assists in determining what part of a client's journey to explore for anxiety triggers and which modalities the client feels comfortable utilizing.

“It's your journey through the exploring, emerging, and expanding of your infinite possibilities through life and work.”

Unlike a formula, there are step to work through. Katt's signature mentoring process begins with an extensive questionnaire. It is a filter to identify elements in the discovery process to determine how a client is aligned and who they are. It's a framework of examining different areas of the individual. This is not a one-size fits all program. It will provide an opportunity to look deeper into life's experiences, look at the natural skills and talents, how the client views spirituality, practical things like nutrition and what they're doing with their body, and their natural cycles. It's an exploratory process of their unique blueprint.

“It's highly individualized based on where a particular person is at, the extent of what it is they want to create, and all of the things we've identified about how they create. What they are creating in their personal life, and creating in their work or in their business.” Katt said.

“Changing your perception of your ability to heal, going from an I can’t to an I can attitude, and taking daily action to learn a personal wellness mindset.”

Each of us has a story. We decide the life we wish to create on this journey.
