Ingredients

  • 2 medium organic beets chopped, skins on
  • 2 medium organic cucumbers peeled, chopped
  • 10 celery sticks cut
  • 1 lemon peeled
  • 1 lime peeled
  • beet leaves optional

Instructions

  • Run all ingredients through a blender and drink immediately, or store in glass jars in a refrigerator for up to two days.
