Elements For A Healthier Life Magazine is a life enhancing, health and wellness digital publication designed to encourage our global audience to explore ways to balance the workplace and relationships, spiritual practices, body movement and time in our kitchens. Health and wellness goes well beyond the food we consume to nourish our precious bodies.
Elements For A Healthier Life Magazine offers a unique collaboration of nonfiction health and wellness articles, personal stories, and recipes.
Is there a physical magazine?
Yes. You can purchase a full-color printed version from the magazine viewer sidebar.
Please note: the printed magazine is not interactive.
How much does the subscription cost?
Subscription for May, June, July, August and September are free. Beginning with the October 2016, the sixth issue, we implemented a fee structure. A single issue price is $1.99. Receive the best rate by purchasing a one-year subscription for $11.99 (less than $1 per issue).

Why do I have to give you my email address to subscribe?
Elements For A Healthier Life Magazine is a monthly digital magazine accessible only to our subscribers. Each subscriber receives, through our subscription database, the unique link for the current publication in their email inbox on the 22nd of each month. We respect the privacy of our readers and will not share the email addresses.
I would like to contribute content for an upcoming issue.
We welcome outreach from all potential contributors for professional articles, personal stories, recipes, and photography. Please view the information and policies on the Become A Contributor page. We only consider original, first run articles and stories (no blog posts, please).
What if I am asked to resubmit my email address to access the magazine (regarding May-September issues only)
On occasion, when you click on the unique link for an issue, you may be required to re-enter your name and email address to access the publication. The two common reasons are: browsing history and “cookies” have been cleared. Simply re-enter the information. Please note, the program does not save duplicate email addresses.
How do I access the magazines I purchased?
A) Once payment is received, you will receive an email with the link to the single issue or to the current issue of the 1-year subscription.
B) The following month, you will receive an email with the link and a passcode to access the newly released edition. If you misplace the passcode, don’t worry, you can access the magazine from the home page of this website.
C) For easy access to your magazine library, save the log-in page on your internet browser, or go to the home page of this website and click on the the current issue.
Starting at the home page of ElementsForAHealthierLife.com:
Click on “Full Version”.
Lower left-hand corner, “Already purchased this magazine? Access”.
Click on Access.
Use the log-in option (email, Facebook or Twitter) you used to purchase the magazine.
Remember, the program will only recognize the email address or sign-in option you used to purchase the magazine or subscription.
If you forget your password, click on “Forgot Password”. You will receive an email with a link to reset the password.
Enter in a new password.
Click on “Log In” in upper right-hand corner.
Click on issue you’d like to read (only purchased issues will be available for viewing).
To update your contact information and/or password, click on your name on the upper right-hand corner. Be sure to save your changes.

Unlike a printed magazine you purchase from a newsstand, our digital magazine offers the ability to connect with our writers, advertising and our team via posted social media buttons and website links.
