I am having so much fun expanding the UnBox Your Kitchen concept beyond my kitchen. Who knew when I was working at the local radio station that I would be putting the experience to use in my own business?

UnBox Your Kitchen has been evolving for years and naturally compliments the content within Elements For A Healthier Life Magazine. The drive behind this concept is to inspire you to explore the elements of home cooking. I enjoy educating individuals on healthy food options and provide a variety of helpful kitchen tips.

In this episode, I share the UnBox Your Kitchen mission and an interview I did with Lisa Wamsley for the August 2016 cover article of Elements For A Healthier Life Magazine. Listen as Lisa shares how her relationship with food impacted her diabetes.

Thank you for joining me in my virtual kitchen. Subscribe to this podcast, the UnBox Your Kitchen Newsletter and Elements For A Healthier Life Magazine.

The mission of the UnBox Your Kitchen Podcasts is to encourage home cooking versus preparing manufactured foods and educate individuals ready to live life in motion on healthy cooking, nutrition and kitchen tips.

Health and wellness goes well beyond the food we consume to nourish our precious bodies.
