  • 2 medium organic beets (chopped, skins on)
  • 2 medium organic cucumbers (peeled, chopped)
  • 10 celery sticks (cut)
  • 1 lemon (peeled)
  • 1 lime (peeled)
  • Beet leaves (optional)

  • Run all ingredients through a blender and drink immediately, or store in glass jars in a refrigerator for up to two days.
